1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of our informational website and waitlist (the “Site”). By using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. (Your privacy is addressed in our Privacy Notice above.)

The Site provides general information about our planned co-ownership model.

No offer/solicitation: Nothing on the Site is, or should be taken as, an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, interests in a fund or collective investment scheme, or any investment product, in any jurisdiction.

No financial promotion: Content is not intended as an invitation or inducement to engage in investment activity. If we ever make a regulated offer, it will be via authorised channels and definitive documents only.

Terminology: References to “shares”, “fractions” or similar on the Site are descriptive of a potential co-ownership/usage structure and are not marketable securities. Final legal/tax structuring will be as set out in definitive contracts.
3. Eligibility and access
The Site is for users 18+. Access is provided on a temporary basis and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
4. Your information
If you join the waitlist, you confirm your details are accurate and will be kept up to date. We may decline or remove registrations to protect users or our services.

You must not misuse the Site (including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping without consent, or imposing unreasonable load). We may suspend access if we detect harmful activity.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos and look-and-feel) are protected by IP laws. You may print or download one copy of pages for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify content and retain proprietary notices. Any other use requires our prior written consent. (This mirrors clear, minimal IP clauses commonly used by peers.)

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by Swiss law. The courts of Basel-Stadt (Switzerland)have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you also benefit from any mandatory local rights which these Terms do not limit.
